“We wanted to build a 14×22 three season room on the back of our house. Dan Razzano came over to look at the project and we spent a lot of time discussing various options. Once we decided what we wanted, he prepared a detailed proposal. He came back a second time and we reviewed the proposal together making small changes and adjustments. Once the contract was signed, Dan immediately got an architect to draw plans and provided a 3D rendering of what the project would look like once finished. In parallel, he did all the necessary paperwork with the city for the permit. Dan and his team then proceeded to build the addition. The finished result looks better than what we anticipated. From the start, i liked Dan Razzano. He is honest and he does not put pressure to sign a contract until you are very comfortable with the project. He was very helpful and did not hesitate to study various options and how they would impact our budget. Once the project started, the structure went up very quickly. I knew up front that Razzano Homes wasn’t going to be the cheapest but i am convinced that no one else could have built it to this level of quality for less.”
