“Hello from a very satisfied Razzano Homes and Remodelers customer. I’ve used Razzano Homes and Remodelers for some substantial remodeling jobs. The work performed was to a standard that many contractors only say they will provide but then fail to produce. I’d have no problems choosing them to do work for me in the future. Regarding quality, I’d like to tell you a story of a window that was installed and removed and reworked three times. This was done because my wife and I first ordered the wrong size and then second because we didn’t like the location, more specifically the height, of it that WE initially chose. The guys at Razzano Home’s and Remodelers took these changes seriously and never made my wife and I feel as if we were causing major setbacks or cost overruns. We were never asked to pay more for all of the extra work and in fact were asked many times after if we were happy with the window. I’m sure at some point it was more of a joke but still it showed they cared sincerely that we were happy with their work. Pricing was always as stated and there was never any after the fact additions, and the timeframe as set forth was always kept. As with any project, especially a remodeling job, a builder/contractor can only do so much estimating on the time frame, and you’ll always have to accept that sometimes things won’t go just as the plan on the paper said. However, I’ve always felt that the timelines were adhered to on a macro scale and the jobs did always complete nearly right at the specified time estimated. Another thing that is nice about Razzano Home’s and Remodelers is there job site cleanliness. At the end of each day tools are picked up and put in a safe location. All debris is picked up and the job site is always left in a broomed cleaned manner. At the end of the job they even take the time to do a more thorough clean up so that you can nearly move right in, of course my wife insisted we clean ourselves, but I was more than happy to move in and start enjoying the new living space. In closing I’d just like to say that if you’d ever like to talk to me directly don’t hesitate to ask Dan for my number and give me a call. The best part of working with Razzano Home’s and Remodelers is that in the end you don’t just end up with a nice home/addition. You also end up with a nice friend that will look out for you and your home for many years to come. I wish you the best of luck with your future building plans.”
